Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Considering the nature of our products, we generally do not accept trade and returns. Indeed, the bodys and other rooms of the house of Body are delicate and intimate products that can not for the most part be returned or refunded.

If it is a particular case, you have 30 days after receiving your parcel to send us your request by e-mail. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to exchange or reimburse you.

We study all requests. If this is accepted and to benefit from a return, your item must be unused and in the same state where you received it.

To make a return, you must present a proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

* Any article that is not in its original state, which is damaged or has some missing pieces for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any article that returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on the approval or rejection of your refund request.


If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method, within 48 hours after receipt of the approval e-mail.

Refunds late or missing


If you have not yet received your refund, please consult your bank account again.


Then contact the issuing entity of your credit card because there could be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.


Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing time before a refund is displayed.


If after performing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Only current price items can be reimbursed. Unfortunately, the items are not refundable.

Trades


We replace an article only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it against the same article, send us an e-mail to lamentaubody@outlook.com and follow our instructions.

Shipment


To return a product, you must send it by mail.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your product exchanged may vary.

If you ship an article worth more than 75 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to follow the sending or subscribe to delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the article you are going back.
